Udom is a leading organizer, designer and facilitator of Systems Change and Positive Change processes.
Udom has worked extensively as a consultant and advisor to a vast variety of public sector clients, private sector clients, and non-profit organizations in a wide range of industries and specializes in Systems Change, Organization Development, Sustainable Development, Executive Development, and Corporate Strategy Consultancy.
Udom holds his PhD. in Organization Development from Assumption University in Thailand and also underwent postgraduate studies at Thammasat University and Organization Development Executive Program at Stanford University in the United States. He also holds his diploma in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing from Langley Group Institute in Australia. He is the first cohort fellow at Academy for Systems Change. He served as Master Trainer and Coach of International Labor Organization (ILO), United Nations for Greener Business Asia (GBA): Train-the-trainer Project.
Udom is committed to helping enable Thailand’s top business leaders, executives and community leaders to create social systems that foster biological, social and economic well-being and at the same time for them to better able to thrive in the ever-evolving corporate environment, add value to their products and services, and gain the competitive edge in their respective industries.
Following the first design workshop of Sustainable Food Lab in 2014 in Thailand with pioneers Hal Hamilton and Adam Kahane, Udom continue his inspiration and discussion with Hal Hamilton and Peter Senge who is also a co-founder of the Sustainable Food Lab. And he took the lead in setting up Sustainable Food Lab and Social Lab in Thailand. He also serves as a Secretary General of Scenario Thailand Foundation.
He together with Arrut Navaraj initiated the Organic Tourism, a social movement in Thailand based on inclusive business model and Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. It involves all players in the Thai travel industry, led by the private sector. Organic Tourism empowers everyone in the organic value chain, including farmers and consumers to become collective leaders for change, addressing economic, environmental and social problems. Organic Tourism aims to build a more sustainable food system using Tourism as a tool.
